Is the Type 2 file current?
The 20–40 kA Type 2 range completed its IEC 61643 re-test in 2026. In, Imax, Up and the thermal-disconnect sequence sit in the report that ships with the first article.
What fails GCC incoming inspection?
Missing Arabic manuals, carton language that does not match the rating plate, or a thermal disconnect that cannot sit in 50 °C storage. The SPD cell holds a GCC packing spec so Jeddah and Abu Dhabi lots share the same carton art.
