What we collect
The RFQ form stores company name, country, contact name, work email and/or WhatsApp number, product family, poles, rated current (In), quantity, OEM notes, a technical message and any drawing, PDF or photo you attach. We need at least one way back to you so the export desk can quote. This is a business form, not a consumer checkout.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data only to quote, confirm ratings, arrange samples and follow the export order. Legal bases are pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering B2B buyers.
How long we keep it
Open enquiries stay while the quote is active, then up to 24 months with the order file unless you ask us to erase them sooner.
Where it is processed
Data is processed in China by the factory export desk. This site is offered to business buyers (panel shops, importers, OEM brands), not to consumers.
