CE
EU Declaration of Conformity
The CE file is a manufacturer declaration against the Low Voltage Directive. Buyers receive the named technical file with the first article — not only a mark printed on the carton.
Applies to: MCB, RCCB, SPD, MCCB families shipped to the EU
CB Scheme
IECEE
CB reports let the same type-test file travel to more than one national certification body. The export desk attaches the current CB number when an RFQ names it.
Applies to: Core MCB and RCCB type tests used for multi-market access
IEC 60898-1
MCB type test
Trip curves, breaking capacity and temperature-rise sit in the 60898-1 report. 6 kA and 10 kA variants share the DIN-rail pitch; the 10 kA file also references IEC 60947-2.
Applies to: VT-63 and VT-63H miniature circuit breakers
IEC 61643-11
SPD type test
The 20–40 kA Type 2 range completed its 2026 re-test. In, Imax, Up and the thermal-disconnect sequence travel with the first article.
Applies to: Type 1+2, Type 2 and Type 3 surge protective devices
ISO 9001
Quality management
Incoming copper checks, 100% pole trip tests and outgoing packing lists sit under the same 9001 procedure. Calibration data is stored with the lot.
Applies to: Tooling, assembly and type-test cells on the Liushi campus
ISO 14001
Environmental
Moulding scrap, packing film and solvent logs are kept on the same campus calendar as the type-test files so an audit can see both in one visit.
Applies to: Campus environmental controls for moulding and packing
RoHS
Hazardous substances
PA66 housings, copper contacts and solder lots are sampled against RoHS limits before they enter the line. The declaration follows the first article.
Applies to: Housings, contacts and solder used on export lots
TÜV
Safety assessment
TÜV assessment is quoted per family when an RFQ names it. It does not replace the IEC type-test file; it sits beside it.
Applies to: Selected MCB and SPD families on request
